Playtech's dispute resolution service is official

has joined the growing list of software providers who are sensibly
making provision for player disputes that have proved impossible to
resolve at casino level.
It's a smart move that can save providers a bad name when frustrated
players are rebuffed or ignored by casino licensees and have to resort
to external fora and mediators to obtain satisfaction.
The company has tasked a senior manager with dealing with legitimate
disputes that have proved impossible to resolve with casino managements.
Players with a problem are invited to go to the Playtech site at Playtech.com,
look for "Contact us" and then select "Player Inquiries"
and fill in the on-site form (or click here).
A little patience may be necessary as this is a new facility that
will probably encounter teething problems.
Nevertheless, like RTG's Montana disputes site it is a move in the
right direction that gives players another avenue for genuine complaints,
and the ear of management.
