Jackpot City is one of a few online casinos of the Belle Rock gaming group of Gibraltar that's been around almost forever folks. They have a reputation of having jackpot winners on a yearly basis including one that finally won the million dollar jackpot playing King Cashalot. But to tell you the truth I can only give this casino 3 out of 5 for a few reasons.

1: Bonuses...BEWARE!! They have 2 right now and they both can get very tricky. Let's put it this way, if you go for the $25 free sign-up offer you will not be eligible for the buy 50 get 200. I found out the hard way on one other casino from Belle Rock gaming and had to query this one BEFORE I deposit another 50.00 bucks and get my feelings hurt...again...LOL

So really read up on their Terms and Conditions and ask via email, phone or chat if available but do ask, ask, ask!!!

2: Their customer service, sad to say is something less to be desired. Jackpot City unfortunately does not have Live Chat that I came across, so you have to either rely on phone or email. Depending on where you live you can get in contact with them on them the telly but as for emails you may actually wait from 1 or 2 days before you get a response. That's what happened to me before.

Withdrawals are usually the same as others if use e-wallet (Neteller, Click2Pay, etc…) and could take up from 24 hours but it may vary on how much you actually win and withdraw. My sis won over 4,500.00 and she has to get hers via check through the mail.

To summarize Jackpot City and the rest of Belle Rock casinos are the type that I really budget for due to the minimum deposits ($50.00), but they can really pay off if you're really lucky, look at my sis. I think I can give a couple more tries and not put them on my least favorite list.
