Virtual City review

There are many gambling portals on the Internet that provide online casino reviews. How do you know which reviews are accurate and unbiased? Who can you trust? Who reviews the reviewers?

The Internet grows at such a high rate, that search engines find it increasingly difficult to come up with good quality results. The page that turns up #1 for a particular phrase, like "online casino reviews", might or might not be the page that also provides the most accurate and unbiased information.

A better alternative is a directory where only those portals are included that have passed certain quality standards. Unfortunately these directories in general suffer from a large backlog of not yet reviewed portals, and thus provide information that is out of date and incomplete.

So who reviews the reviewers? The answer is simple - You!

We define a good online casino review as being accurate, unbiased, up to date and complete. The following indicators can be used to estimate how well a casino review meets these four criteria:

Up to date

Good indicators for a fresh review are a clearly displayed last revision date, and the absence of any broken links.

The completeness of a review can quite simply be assessed. If you have a lot of questions left about the casino, after reading the review, it is not complete enough.

There are no 100% unbiased online casino reviews. However, some reviews are more biased than others. We prefer a fact-based, informational review over a review full of hyped marketing lingo.

Does the online casino review contain facts that can be checked and verified at the casino's website? If there are no facts but only opinions you can't estimate the accuracy of a review, and you are probably better off ignoring the review. When the review does contain some facts, verify one or two reviews at the websites of the casinos involved. If you find big inconsistencies then ignore the review. If the facts do match then you'll have more assurance that the whole review is accurate and trustworthy.
