I have been playing at this casino for over 2 years. The support is top-notch. I am a VIP member there and therefore I also get extra benefits which include but are not limited to gift cards, gift baskets and extra casino bonuses. Before I was a VIP I did get bonuses regularly. They have monthly contests and slots competitions. I am notified via email about any new promotion that is running. You do however, have the option to opt-out of this service. If I ever have a question or problem my emails are answered within a day. Most importantly, this casino NEVER gave me a problem in cashing out. In fact, they are among the fastest I have seen. Note- they are not an 'instant pay' casino but I always received payments via NETeller within 2 business days and ACH withdrawals arrived within 4 days. That is simply outstanding. I love that fact that I KNOW I will be paid when I win. I would definitley recommend this casino to any microgaming fan. I really do feel safe playing here.
