Bella Vegas is one of my favorite online casino's. Their customer support is excellent . I recently had a problem with a credit card purchase. Their credit card processors charged my card 2 times. After I brought it to the cashier and casino managers attention the problem was handled very quickly and the charge was reversed back to my card within a couple days. As far as I was concerned it was handled in a timely and professional manner. The software at Bella Vegas runs very smoothly. I have had problems with other Microgaming casinos running very slow or kind of jerky. But this has never happened with Bella Vegas. If you are a first time depositor they offer a 100% up to $777 on your first deposit. This is usually credited within 24 hours. After your first purchase be sure to check out the monthly calendar as there is usually a 100% or 50% deposit promotion each day. They also run trivia games occasionally for free cash! Bella Vegas has all the new Microgaming slots and all the old favorites. They also have a good variety of video poker. I have cashed out here lots of times and its pretty easy. I think the longest I have waited for one is 2 or days and that was over a weekend. They will require a purchase agreement if you purchase using a debit card or credit card. Bella Vegas is a great place to play! |
