I have read the reviews of this Casino and wish to add some more as in some areas this Casino is not as popular as some of the newer playtec casinos and there sure are a lot of new playtec casinos opening up lately.I have never really had any luck at this casino in the games they have which I play at other playtec casinos.

They may have been around since 1997 but I have read some negative stuff about them on some Gambling Forums on the internet and some positive as well.They do not have Spin a Million or Queen of Pyramids Slots which almost all the newer Casinos have but they do have their own 5 million winning streak which was a loosing streak for me.Some of the Advertizing they use actually upsets quite a few people such as Virgin Mary Grilled Sandwich and such like.I had this casino installed for many months as freeplay only and everytime I logged on I got a message saying that I have a 300% bonus waiting for me when I make a Deposit.So in the end I though what the heck I will and expected that my 300% match would be in my account automatically.No such luck.I waited 8 hours and then I emailed them that I had made my first deposit into my real account and would they please add the bonus to my account.

Nothing happened for another 24 hours so in the end I phoned them and they added the bonus there and then.In a forum that I belong

to it states in there that you are suppost to phone up the casino to get bonus money added to your account.They very rarely send out any promotion emails like other casinos do and it just seems that they are a casino apart from all the others.It actually took another 12 hours before I got an email that my bonus had been added to my account after I had talked to them on the telephone.However I wish to add I have heard of others like me who have had a bad run in here both in freeplay and realplay in the gameplay and also heard of others who have done quite ok.I think it is about time all the same that they start to automate bonus money like most other casinos do and send out at least a newsletter once every fortnight or even monthly like the other playtec casinos do.I personally feel that Golden Palace is behind the times and need to streamline a few things for their clients.
