I have deposited and played at this casino many times, and never recieved a bonus (except the 1st dep bonus). They also have a vip club, which I have inquired about also, with no response. I think they should give members more bonus's and more attention to players who play faithfully. The customer support team never answers your emails or help very much if you use the live chat. I still continue to deposit and patronize this casino, even maybe they will surprise me during the year of 2006.

They have an email system on the casino software and never respond to that promptly either. I am hurt to think that as much as I play at Casino Grand Bay, nothing has become of helping me be happy.

I have friends that play at the casino also, and they have experienced the same disapointments that I have.

Also when trying to connect through the software, I have experienced the problem of having to login more than once, due to the server not connecting.
