to me the most important attribute of an online casino is customer service. they offer excellant customer service in all depts.. they did 6yrs ago and they still do. they are very prompt in handling any requests, problems, etc..they always have great promo's and they are not just for new players but for existing players also. getting the promo credits are given without any hassle's and when you go to cash out it's prompt and painless. i use visa and i have no problems purchasing at the casino. the downside of purchasing would only be that the casino requires a min purchase of $50 where most microgaming casino's are a min purchase of $20-$25. they offer both flash version and download version of their casino. they have a slot game called belle rock slot which only can be played on the download version. belle rock slot is unique to belle rock entertainment and it has become my all time favorite game to play. i win more often playing their slots then i do at other microgaming casino's so i guess you would say their slots are looser then the others. there have been several times that i have played for days/weeks on my min. deposit of $50. the riverbelle casino is really the best online casino hands down. if you have never played at the riverbelle casino you really should consider it. they give you free no deposit credits to start and you can actually win and cash out from those credits. they will also offer you a initial purchase bonus (buy 50 get 250 free). this casino is truely 5 star plus a gold star casino.they belong to the belle rock entertainment group of casino's so after you try the riverbelle i would suggest the lucky nugget casino, the gaming club and jackpot city casino.
