I have to be honest when it comes to this casino. I'm not a fan of Roadhouse Reels. They are a part of the Grand Prive group which includes Casino Grand Bay and Bella Vegas. The thing is, this casino is SLOTS only, hence the reels"""" but I've never had luck here to be honest. They have some exclusive slots to this casino which make it a bit fun ..ie: Jane Blonde", and they also give you $15 free to try them out. Their promotions are pretty generous but I'm thinking it's because slots pose a high variance. Their promotions are as follows: First Purchase - 100% match up to $100 free
Second Purchase - 100% match up to $150 free
Third Purchase - 100% match up to $200 free
Fourth Purchase - 100% match up to $250 free
Fifth Purchase - 100% match up to $300 free As you can see, very generous...but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They don't answer emails promptly, and none of the customer service reps have the same answer when you call which in my opinion is unacceptable! The most important thing when it comes to an online casino, in my opinion, is their customer service skills and quality and Grand Prive has been sorely lacking in all departments.
