Review:
The sister of Spin Palace in The Palace Group, Ruby Fortune tends to be a classy casino. I love the saxophone blasting away when you first open it with all the jewels falling down. It kind of gives off that jazzy feeling. The graphics are also clear and crisp but does get a little jerky at first, so closing and reopening the casino helps it out a bit Ruby Fortune is one of a very few casinos that had a 400% deposit bonus for some time. So with my 50.00 and their 200, I was definitely in for a lot of playing time. Not many promotions going on but every now and then they would throw in a special deposit bonus ranging from 25% to 50% and that's not bad for a little extra fun. Customer services isn't so bad because if there's an issue that needs resolving you can contact them and they'll get in touch with you in no time I sent in my identification and because it wasn't readable they contacted me like quick and that was with using email. Withdrawal processes are much like the other casinos I've play at in the past with the waiting and all, I just have to practice staying away from the reverse cash button, better said than done eh? As of October 10. 2006, no US players are being accepted. More Reviews: Click on Reviewer to view all Reviewer's Reviews
