Casino-on-net(888.com) began accepting wagers in 1996, making it one of the oldest casinos on the Internet. If you use the Internet regularly, chances are you've already seen a banner with its logo - this is one of the biggest gambling operations on the Internet, has been very heavily advertised, and is considered the most professional and trustworthy by many. Casino-on-net uses proprietary software, which means the software is exlcusive to Casino-on-net. This is by no way an indication of poor quality, however, and I must say I was generally very surprised by its high standard. The installation process was painless. There is a pre-installer, which needs to be downloaded prior to the main program. The software is functional. We were not overly impressed by the graphics, but they do not, in any way, drag down the overall gambling experience. More importantly, we found the software to be stable and quick, which I consider to be more important than eye-candy and silly sound effects. The number of games on offer is not overly impressive, especially compared to the casinos from the other software companies. There're a total of nine games in the software package, spanning from Blackjack to the lesser known Pai Gow Poker. By and large, I did not find myself lacking a wider scope of games. A practice mode is also available, in case you want to get acquainted with the software, or just want to have some fun.
