First thing is when I downloaded and installed this casino is that I was refused the 100% match bonus which they offer up to $200.00. On making enquires with the manager of the group who do consist of Everest,Casino Lux,Casino Glamour and Imperial Casino, I was told because I have active accounts at 3 of the other casinos in the group that I cannot recieve the new user bonus, as it is part of the rules that players can only recieve new user bonus in up to 3 of their casinos, which is a policy to stop bonus hunter abuse. This is a fair policy in my understanding and this is common to quite a few casino groups out there now. When you go to the main website of this casino you need to go to the bottom left and click on the `Explore the Site` area. This casino group has brought in a new code this month and when you make a deposit you are automatical entered in all upcomming tournaments for life. The Casinos in this group do not just forget about your first time deposit either. every month they will email you out a redeposit code which maybe anywere from 50% match up to $100 or sometimes 100% match up to $100.00. They is no live help at this casino group, but they will respond to email within 24 hours. I have not played at this casino, but others in the group since last christmas and I have found that they are becomming better as the year moves on.One of the pledges they make is to release at least 1 new game each month, and they are doing just that. The slots are all fantastic with the great animation and features with them. They often do not pay much in freespin feature and seem to play better in the bonus feature when it comes up and I am refering to the video slots here. They have a good range of 1,3 and 5 line slots and the Solitaire Games are one of my favourites but just be sure to pull the $50.00 default bet down to $5.00 before you make your first deal. They also have progressive jackpots on quite a few games including some of the slots which go very high.In the video slots the rest of them that are not progressive, have a built in jackpot that can activate at anytime. The higher you bet, the higher the jackpot. Lately I have been playing the large range of Poker Games that they have in the casino. One of the newer ones is a 500 play with $5.00 bet and these are quite fun to play. You can choose many options for the plays you want to make in the menu in the Casino Software. As soon as you log in, you will see the`Featured Game`,on the right hand side bottom of the start screen. You will also see in the middle bottom your `Fun Credits`.When you click on the game or any games then a log in Menu will come up and ask you to Enter your password and from there you will be in Real Play mode. You can from the Menu on the bottom left switch back and forth from Real and Fun Play mode, whenever you like. A great concept in my opinion. Grand Virtual are one of my favourite Casinos to play in.Definately worth a look, at any in the group that I have mentioned in this reveiw. |
