I actually found my way to Omni Casino by chance, when I tried to access an old account I had with a now defunct Cryptologic casino and found that it now redirected to Omni Casino. I was already familiar with the Omni name, having seen them win numerous prizes and awards for best casino in various gambling magazines, but for some reason I had never ventured there – possibly as I have never been particularly fond of the Ecash direct system used by Cryptologic casinos, and the snail mail pin system.

Previous versions of Crypto software had seemed to have an effect on my graphics card which prompted to monitor to look as if it had been on a bad acid trip with strange multicoloured lines and patterns on the screen – I had never actually discovered why and this had never happened at any other casino – neither had support ever been able to offer any reason for it or any advice other than to update my graphics card driver – which I had done with no success. I was pleasantly surprised therefore that the download, installation and running of the casino were totally hassle free, and that the graphics displayed perfectly.

Just as I thought things were going a little too well, and I entered the cashier to make my first deposit disaster struck and the software totally hung – prompting a CTRL+ALT+DEL termination of the program. I was a little perplexed to notice that my CPU usage was at 100% despite the fact I only had a browser window open and the casino software. I restarted the application and lo and behold the same thing happened again –promoting yet another restart.

However after totally rebooting my computer – the casino seemed to settle down and ran well. There is an excellent selection of games available including the Marvel slots, and one of my favourites the addictive but tight slot game Bejewelled. The Rapid Fire jackpots mean that the jackpots can be triggered on any spin – regardless if you win or lose.
