Diamond Deal Casino works on Playtech software. They offer more then 80 games including progressive jackpot and live-dealer games. Because of the used Playtech software all games have a nice interface and are easy to understand, even when you never played at an online casino before.
I came to this casino because of their sign-up bonus. They offer a nice first deposit bonus. And what I liked best is that they only require 15 times playthrough to cash out your bonus. Even blackjack is allowed, but you need to playthrough 40 times.
They also have a good customer service. I wanted to cash out my winning on my recieved bonus and went to live-support. They told me I reached my playthrough and that my winnings would be in my Neteller within a few days. No questions asked.
Only problem I had with this casino was during opening a new account. Because they belong to a group of 5 casinos, my account was closed right after I signed up. After talking to live-support I found out that I had accounts with the other casinos from that group. But support said that there was no problem and they reopened my account right away.
